I'm truly grateful for this recognition and sincerely thankful to everyone who nominated me and supported me throughout this journey.

Mentorship is about more than sharing knowledge—it's about encouraging others, helping them recognize their potential, and supporting them as they grow and succeed. It has been a privilege to contribute to the development of other agents through the eXp Mentor Program.

What This Recognition Means

This award belongs to the people I've had the privilege to mentor. Every agent I've worked with has taught me something. They've challenged my thinking, brought new perspectives, and reminded me why I love this business. Their growth is what this recognition is really about.

I didn't build this practice alone. Mentorship is a two-way street. The more you invest in helping others succeed, the more you learn about yourself, your craft, and what actually matters in real estate.

It is an honour to be recognized alongside two dedicated professionals who also make a meaningful difference in the lives and careers of others. These are people who understand that the measure of success isn't just in the deals you close—it's in the people you develop and the culture you build.
